After breakfast, you will drive approximately 4–5 hours to Mount Kenya National Park, the starting point of your trek. You will begin your climb on the Sirimon Route, which provides a gentle introduction to the mountain and helps with acclimatization. The trail winds through lush montane forests, where you may spot unique birds and endemic plants, before reaching Old Moses Camp, your first overnight stop.
