Arrive at Kigali International Airport and meet your driver-guide. Enjoy a city tour of Kigali, including the Kigali Genocide Memorial, before transferring to Volcanoes National Park (approx. 2.5 hours). Overnight at a lodge near the park.
Early breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for a briefing before your gorilla trekking adventure. Hike through rainforest to meet a gorilla family and spend up to one hour observing them. Return to your lodge for relaxation. Optional cultural village visit in the afternoon.
After breakfast, drive back to Kigali. Depending on your flight schedule, visit local markets or museums before your onward departure.
